How to order
Ordering a WithMe jewel is a simple, personal process.
1. Choose your piece
Browse our collection and select the design that speaks to you most. Each jewel is available in rhodium-plated silver or 14k solid gold, both polished to a lasting shine. Decide whether your piece will hold ashes or a lock of hair.
2. Choose your colour
Every WithMe colour tells a story. From soft Serenity Blue to deep Onyx Black or gentle Blossom Pink. Each shade carries its own meaning, reflecting a personality, a soul, a memory.
3. Place your order
Once your choice is made, complete your order securely online. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to safely send the ashes or hair to our atelier. As soon as we receive your materials, we’ll confirm their arrival by email and begin crafting your jewel with care.
4. Crafting & delivery
Your jewel will be created within 3 business days of receiving the materials. Each piece is carefully finished, polished by hand, and inspected before shipping. Once ready, we send it to you in our signature WithMe gift box.

You’re always welcome to visit one of our selected WithMe partners. They’ll show you the jewellery in real life, help you choose your colour, and guide you through each step of your order with care and confidence. You can place your order directly through them.
