About the jewel
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. Every WithMe piece is designed for everyday wear.
Our rhodium-plated sterling silver and 14k solid gold resist tarnish and keep their shine over time. We do recommend gentle care. Avoid perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, and remove it when swimming or sleeping.
Is the resin waterproof?
The jewel itself is resistant to everyday moisture, but the resin should not be soaked in water. Seawater, chlorine and harsh detergents may cause damage.
It’s best to take off your jewel before bathing, swimming, or cleaning.
Will the ashes or hair inside be safe?
Yes. Once sealed inside the resin, the ashes or hair are completely protected — watertight, permanent and invisible to touch. The resin forms a solid, transparent layer that safely preserves what’s inside for decades.
Can I choose the colour myself?
Absolutely. Each WithMe jewel is available in 10 symbolic colours, each with its own meaning — from serene blue to deep red or pure white. You can choose the colour that feels closest to your loved one’s spirit.
Can I see what the jewel will look like before it’s made?
Every WithMe piece follows our exact designs, so your jewel will look exactly like the photographs — only the resin colour and inner material make it uniquely yours.
Because each piece is handcrafted, tiny variations are normal and part of its authenticity.
About the ashes or hair
How much material do I need to send?
We only need a very small amount — about a teaspoon of ashes, or a small lock of hair (2–3 cm). If you send more, we’ll carefully keep the remaining material sealed and return it with your finished jewel.
How do I send the ashes or hair safely?
After placing your order, please send your material in a well-sealed container or plastic bag, clearly marked with your order number and full name, to:

We recommend sending it with tracked and insured shipping.
As soon as we receive it, we’ll confirm by email and begin crafting your jewel.
Can I deliver the ashes or hair in person?
Yes, this can be arranged by appointment at our atelier in Sint-Truiden.
We understand if you prefer to hand it over personally. We’ll receive it with respect and discretion.
About production & delivery
How long will it take to make my jewel?
Once we receive your materials, your jewel is crafted within 3 business days.
We’ll then ship it immediately and email you the tracking link.
What are the delivery times?

All parcels are insured, trackable, and discreetly packaged.
How is the jewel packaged?
Every piece arrives in our luxurious WithMe gift box, designed to protect and present it beautifully. Inside you’ll find your jewel resting on soft velvet, with a certificate of authenticity and care guide. The outer shipping box is plain and unbranded.
About personalisation & options
Can I include an engraving?
At this time, WithMe pieces are not offered with custom engraving.
This is intentional: our designs are created to remain visually pure, with a calm, uninterrupted silhouette. Most families choose to express something personal through colour: each colour carries its own meaning and story.
Can I include both ashes and hair in one jewel?
No. Each piece is created using either ashes or hair. We do this to protect clarity, structure and balance inside the resin — and to make sure we can place the material with the level of precision it deserves. If you would like to honour both, many families choose two matching pieces: one with ashes, one with hair.
Can I order a jewel without ashes or hair?
Yes! Many clients choose to wear a WithMe piece simply as a symbolic reminder or matching memorial to a loved one’s piece. The design and colour options remain exactly the same.
About trust & care
What happens if something goes wrong?
If your jewel ever shows a defect or production issue, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Our quality promise covers all manufacturing faults: your trust is part of what we protect.
Can the resin or colour change over time?
Our resin is UV-stable and resistant to yellowing, but all materials benefit from gentle care. Avoid direct sunlight and aggressive chemicals to preserve the clarity and colour of your jewel.
Will I get the unused ashes or hair back?
Yes. Any remaining material that you send will be safely sealed and returned with your finished jewel. Nothing is ever discarded or mixed.
