Each WithMe jewel is handcrafted with care and precision, often containing deeply personal elements such as ashes, hair, or symbolic colors chosen to honor a loved one. Because of this personalized and made-to-order nature, our creations cannot be returned or exchanged as standard consumer goods. Every piece is unique and made exclusively for you.
2. Exceptions — When We Accept Returns or Adjustments
We want you to feel fully at peace with your jewel. If something isn’t right, please reach out. We will always handle your case with respect, empathy, and transparency.
You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if:

There is a production defect (e.g., loose setting, damaged clasp, or resin irregularities not consistent with normal artisanal variation).

The item was damaged during transport.
After receiving your message, we will carefully review your case and may request clear photos or the return of the jewel for evaluation.
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Repair or restoration of the original jewel.

Replacement with a newly crafted piece.

Partial refund (in exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible).

4. Conditions for Evaluation
To ensure a fair and transparent evaluation, the following conditions apply:

The jewel must not have been altered, repaired, or modified by any third party.

The issue must not result from normal wear, accidental damage, or improper use.

Damage caused by contact with water, soap, cleaning products, chlorine, cosmetics, or other chemicals is not covered under our return or warranty policy. These substances can weaken resin layers, loosen stones, or damage the protective coating or plating of silver and gold.

Discoloration or corrosion caused by sweat or skin acidity is not considered a production defect. Such reactions are natural to precious metals like silver and 14K gold.

Any damage caused by impact, friction, or sports activities is considered user-related and falls outside the scope of return or repair coverage.

If a return is approved, the jewel must be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transport. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging or return shipping.
These conditions help us ensure that every evaluation is handled fairly and that coverage applies only to genuine production defects or issues beyond the customer’s control.
5. Personalized Nature and Color Variations
All WithMe jewels are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color tone, resin texture, or metal reflection are natural and part of their artisanal character. These nuances are not considered defects, but rather proof of authenticity and craftsmanship.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
