Every WithMe jewel is handcrafted to order. A unique creation made with respect, precision and heart. From the moment your materials arrive at our atelier, we treat them with the same care as the memories they represent.

Production timeline

Once we receive your ashes or hair, your jewel is crafted within 3 business days in our Belgian atelier. As soon as it’s completed, we ship immediately and send you a tracking link by email.

Shipping times

• Belgium: 1 business day after dispatch

• Other EU countries: 2–3 business days after dispatch

All parcels are insured, trackable, and delivered discreetly to your home or preferred pickup point. Delays caused by weather or carrier issues are rare but possible. We’ll always help you stay informed.

Packaging

Your jewel is delivered in our luxurious WithMe gift packaging, carefully designed to reflect the meaning of what’s inside.

For memorial jewelry, your piece is sealed in a secondary protective case to ensure safe transport and full respect for the materials inside.

Discreet and respectful delivery

We know that many of our creations hold deep emotional significance.
That’s why all parcels are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging, ensuring privacy and sensitivity at every stage of delivery.
