HOW DO I SEND THE ASHES OR HAIR?
For the creation of your jewel, we only need a small teaspoon of ashes or a tiny lock of hair. After placing your order, you will receive our address and detailed shipping instructions. You can easily send the package to us by registered mail with tracking. Once we have received it, you’ll get a confirmation by email.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
As soon as we receive the ashes or hair, your jewel will be carefully crafted and shipped within 2 to 3 working days, fully insured. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.
RETURNS & CUSTOM-MADE PIECES
Because every WithMe jewel is unique and personalized, standard returns are not possible. If something is wrong (a production defect, damage during transport, or you’re not satisfied with the final result), please contact us within 14 days. Depending on the situation, we offer repair, replacement, or partial refund — always handled with respect and sincere communication.
MATERIALS & FINISHING
Each WithMe creation is carefully crafted from rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver, often enhanced with sparkling zirconia.
At the heart of every piece lies our clear WithMe Resin — a transparent cocoon of love where ashes or hair are preserved with tenderness.
WARRANTY
Every WithMe jewel comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, improper use, broken chains, or loss of stones.
We are always here to assist you with repairs or maintenance whenever needed.
